Requests should be submitted at least 24 hours prior to the event
The Indiana Percussion Association values media coverage of the activities and successes of participating organizations at all IPA events. IPA also values and respects the need to maintain a secure and safe environment for participants, and strives to cooperate and comply with the policies of schools and programs that participate in IPA events, while also aligning with other performing arts organization policies.
IPA media credentials are restricted to recognized school, local and national media outlets.
Family, friends and fans may take still photos of IPA events for personal use only. Small, non-professional, single frame “point & shoot” cameras are allowed into all venues. However, use of “Professional Cameras” are prohibited at all IPA events, unless the user has appropriate media credentials and prior written approval from IPA. Any camera that has a detachable lens or lens that extends to four (4) or more inches is considered a “Professional Camera” and thus prohibited. Tripods or other similar equipment that may obstruct the view or path of travel of others in the stands are also not allowed.
All video/audio recording and live streaming is strictly prohibited due to copyright restrictions.
