2025 Season Membership and Event Registration

SEASON REGISTRATION WILL OPEN ON MONDAY, October 14th. Membership will open at midnight with event registration opening at Noon, Eastern Standard Time. YOU MUST REGISTER FOR MEMBERSHIP BEFORE YOU CAN REGISTER FOR EVENTS. 

All membership and event registrations will take place in Competition Suite. 

*All shows will close at 40 unit capacity. Anyone registering past 40 units will be waitlisted for that event. 

*All event registrations made through Nov. 1st will be included in a random draw for schedule line-up. Registrations received past this date will receive line-up position according to registration date. 

*No forms are due until February 1st and will be available to download after the Winter Meeting (December 7). 

*Payment for membership/events DOES NOT need to be paid upon registration, but will be due NO LATER THAN DECEMBER 7th. Failure to pay on time will result in loss of line-up position and possibly late fees, as outlined in the MOO (found under RESOURCES in Competition Suite)

*Non-members is reserved for out of state groups and those that have no intention on participating in State qualifying events. Non-membership registration is also available and must be completed prior to event registration.

Season Membership and Event Registration Instructions

1. Log in to Competition Suite and complete your Season Membership application NO LATER THAN DECEMBER 7th (after will incur late fees).

2. Log in to Competition Suite and select/register for your events

3. Payment is due on or before December 7th. Payment can be made via CC on Competition Suite upon registering OR sent to IPA Treasurer with school/booster check. Send checks to:

4. Sign and return all required forms by Feb. 1st. 

 

FEES

2024 Membership: $300

Regular Invitational: $125 ($140 for non-members*)

State Prelims: $170

State/Divisional Finals: $225 (all units eligible for Finals must register for this event. Those units that do not advance to Finals will be reimbursed).

*Non-members are defined as those units in-eligible to participate in Prelims/Finals such as out-of-state units

 

***NEW*** PASS PLUS OPTION

 New to this season, groups will have the option to purchase extra event wristbands for personnel, drivers, etc at a discounted rate. 

1) 1 Pass Plus package of 5 extra wristbands may be purchased PER event

  • Regular Invitational: $30
  • State Prelims: $36
  • State Finals - $60

2) Extra wristbands will be given at the event site unit check-in. 

3) Pass Plus is sold as 5 extra wristbands. Should the group require more, they will need to purchase regularly priced tickets.

4) Pass Plus Opt In purchasing will follow the same entry deadlines, with no additional purchases made after Winter Meeting deadline (Dec 7th).

5) Groups can elect to purchase this as an add-on item when registering. 

 

RETURNING UNITS

For units returning to IPA with the same directors, you will simply login to Competition Suite and walk through the membership process. Please DO NOT create a new unit. If you cannot remember your access to your group from last year, or you are a NEW DIRECTOR to a returning unit, please contact admin@indianapercussion.org for more information. 

 

NEW UNIT REGISTRATION

For new unit registration, please click HERE to fill out a new unit request form. You will then be given Competition Suite credentials and instructions. DO NOT CLICK ON "IS THIS A NEW GROUP?" BUTTON IN COMPETITION SUITE. 

 

NEW DIRECTORS

If you are a new director of a group and need access to your group, please email admin@indianapercussion.org. DO NOT CREATE A NEW GROUP!
